I am so tired of having to take tylenol and naproxen sodium EVERY month a couple times a day. My dumb vegan book [Skinny Bitch] says that if I take medicine it messes up my body's natural defense system and doesn't let it do anything on it's own. (and it says that every- well except vegan medicine..if there is any- is tested on animals) Of course they don't have the WORSER form of PMS (PMDD) where they can't move out of their bed because of the pain.
It's so frustrating because I feel like SUCH a hypocrite. Hating animal testing, but I HAVE to have the medicine or I would NOT be able to function normally. When I stand up, I get super dizzy from the pain.
Ughhhhh.
Same with my birth control..I did NOT know birth control was..somehow used from horses..? REALLY? So gross.. But I HAVE to have that too, or I won't be regular, and the doctor said I may not be able to have kids if I'm not regular. Not that I want kids..but I may change my mind when I'm older.

On another note, my iPod froze.. what the hell? The computer better not tell me I have to reformat and erase ALL the songs again. I still have them all on the computer..but still. >.>
